Sean Randall, Operations Director

Sean Randall started his working career at the Casino in Gibraltar, where he worked for 10 years and attained the position of Pit Boss. He left the Casino to work at Ladbrokes in Gibraltar, where he worked for 4 years and attained unique insight into the mechanics of online gaming, having worked in the Elite Customer, Casino Support and Fraud Management sections. In 2001 he joined Gala Interactive as the Operations Director where he was responsible for designing the administration and financial screens and the recruitment and training of an efficient, competent and well drilled team. In September 2003, he joined St Minver, where he holds the position of Operations Director. At St Minver he has achieved the successful negotiations of the Casino and Sportsbook Licences, the Merchant Agreements with Natwest and Barclays Bank, set up of all gaming and business bank accounts and the negotiation of the payment processing agreements.
