Gail Gleed, CFO

Gail Gleed joined St Minver as CFO in April 2007. Gail was previously the CFO of Excapsa Software Inc, a leading Internet gaming software developer headquartered in Toronto. Listed on the AIM stock market in London, Excapsa developed and maintained an industry leading poker network by providing the gaming software, transaction management and fraud prevention tools to their licensees. It’s major and principal licencee was UltimateBet. Whilst at Excapsa, Gail worked on its initial public offer on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Gail has more than 20 years experience as a finance professional primarily in the high technology sector. Gail was also Chief Financial Officer of Soltrust Inc., an Internet security firm, as well as serving as interim Chief Finance Officer of Systems Excellence, a Toronto listed organization. Gail is a Certified General Accountant.
