As a progressive On Line Gaming business and with a growing customer base we are currently looking to recruit Customer Services Representatives to work with the growing team in Gibraltar

The Candidates:

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are committed to improving levels of customer service
  • Have fluency in one or more of the above languages
  • Have good analytical approaches to problem solving
  • Can resolve support issues to final resolution and to a significantly high standard
  • Ensure fraud prevention tools are used in accordance with instruction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Are able to multi task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

This position requires an energetic, motivated and flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as part of a team are required. The working hours of the Company are 24/7, 365 days a year on a rota basis.

Rotas are:

  • 8.00 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • 4.00 p.m. - 12 midnight
  • 10pm to - 6am (permanent shift)

We also offer Health Care Pension and Death in Service Benefit of two times the annual salary.

Client Services Manager

You will have direct responsibility for liaising with partners to promote bingo, casino & poker gaming products. The role involves the management of some of St Minver’s most important client relationships. St Minver operates gaming sites internationally for partners such as Virgin, Yahoo!, Woolworths & Caliber. As an integral part of the commercial team reporting to the Head of Client Services and then to the Commercial Director, you will focus on helping partners to understand how to promote and market their gaming products, as well as acting as the partner’s first point of contact with St Minver. This is a wide reaching role that involves interaction with all aspects of the St Minver business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with business development team to pitch for potential partnership deals for white label gaming products including bespoke online casino, poker rooms and bingo.
  • Devise marketing strategy for each partner individually based on products and target audience.
  • Work with partner on branding and design requirements
  • Work with design and technology departments to build products to client’s specifications.
  • Plan launch & ongoing marketing strategy with partner.
  • Hold regular meetings with partners to report on results and plan upcoming marketing campaigns.
  • Help partners to generate creative (eg online banners) with motivating messages appropriate to their brand and gaming product.
  • Work with CRM and design teams to create differentiated and compelling promotions for their user base
  • Report internally on success of each partner and supply partner with monthly reports
  • Involvement in commercial negotiations and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or media and/or account management experience within the online/new media environment preferably for consumer focused online sites. Language skills would be useful, but not essential (ideally Swedish, Norwegian, German, Spanish or French).

Track record of successful development of client relationships with improved financial performance.

Self motivated and target driven.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong presentation skills with a decisive manner and the ability to instill confidence in both customers and colleagues.

Tenacity and target orientated to ensure that all work is completed to schedule maintaining focus when under pressure.

The ability to think both analytically and creatively and always seek to identify solutions rather than problems.

An enthusiastic team player.

Willing to travel (Europe) as part of the role.

The successful candidate can choose to be based either in our Central London or Gibraltar office.

BACKGROUND/PERSONALITY:

Proactive and highly motivated.

Analytical with ability to evaluate & optimise.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to deal with customers from junior to MD level.

Good at prioritisation.

A multi-tasker able to juggle several complex tasks concurrently.
