ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Manager you will have direct responsibility for liaising with partners to promote white label gaming products. As an integral part of the sales and marketing team reporting to the Commercial Director you will focus on helping the partners understand how to promote and market their gaming product into their user base to maximize revenues for the both parties.

Skill required

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of marketing and/or account management experience within the online/new media environment preferably for consumer focused online sites.
  • Experience within the online gaming sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Track record of successful development of client relationships with improved financial performance
  • Self motivated and target driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

As a progressive On Line Gaming business and with a growing customer base we are currently looking to recruit Customer Services Representatives to work with the growing team of Customer Services staff.

The Candidates:

This position requires an energetic, motivated and flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as part of a team are required. The working hours of the Company are 24/7, 365 days a year on a rota basis.

Rotas are:

  • 8.00 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • 4.00 p.m. - 12 midnight
  • midnight - 8 a.m.

Bingo Schedule Coordinator – Based Gibraltar

Do you have a good head for numbers? Are you a wizard with MS Excel?

A perfectionist with great attention to detail? Enjoy working as part of a small tight-knit team?

Then we may have an exciting role for you…

Reporting to the Bingo Product head you’ll be responsible for producing daily numerical reports on product performance. Working closely with product and operations functions, you’ll play your part in configuring and analyzing online games and game systems, to deliver enticing bonuses, an exciting promotions schedule and some of the industry’s biggest jackpots.

Naturally you’ll be highly computer literate, familiar with web-based applications and a wizard with MS Excel. Experience in online bingo is desirable, but not essential. You’ll need to have at least four years work experience gained in computer and numerically based administrative roles.

This is an exciting hands-on operational role working as a key member in a growing close-knit team, this role may also require some international travel and occasional out of office hours work.
